On the afternoon of January 9, 2025, the Department of Justice and the Association of Former People's Police Officers of Doan Hung district held a conference to sign a work coordination program for 2025. Attending the conference were Colonel Ha Minh Tan - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Former People's Police Officers, Chairman of the Provincial Association of Former People's Police Officers; Comrade Ha Hai Long - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; leaders of the District Police; leaders of departments and units: Office of the People's Council & People's Committee, Internal Affairs, Finance - Planning, Natural Resources - Environment; Executive Committee of the District Association of Former People's Police Officers.

At the conference, the leaders of the District Justice Department approved the draft program of coordination between the two units in 2025, agreed and signed the coordination program including key contents: Coordinating the dissemination and education of law; coordinating the participation in mediation work at the grassroots level; participating in the work of drafting legal documents, implementing the Law on Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level, and propagating Project No. 06 of the Government.

The signing of the cooperation program is an important milestone, demonstrating solidarity and responsibility in law-making. In order for the program to be effective, in the coming time, the District People's Police Veterans Association will proactively disseminate legal education to members, promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, and experience in performing the task of protecting security and order, and the movement of the whole people to protect national security in residential areas.

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the leaders of the Doan Hung District People's Committee, Vice Chairman Ha Hai Long affirmed that the District People's Police Veterans Association is a core force with prestige in disseminating and educating the law to all classes of people. Therefore, immediately after the conference to sign the coordination program, the Department of Justice and the District People's Police Veterans Association need to strengthen coordination, fully implement the rules and regulations; maintain political security, social order and safety in the area. Thereby, contributing to building and protecting the Fatherland, strengthening the relationship of solidarity, attachment, and mutual support to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
