On the morning of December 16, the Economic and Social Committee of the District People's Council held a conference to review reports, submissions and draft resolutions submitted to the 16th session of the District People's Council, term XXI, 2021 - 2026. Comrade Nguyen Hoang Minh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Head of the District Economic and Social Committee chaired the conference. Attending the conference were Comrade Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council; Comrade Ha Hai Long - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; Comrade Tran Tuan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee and members of the Economic and Social Committee of the District People's Council, relevant departments and units.

At the conference, the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council reviewed the following contents: Report on the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in 2024; directions, tasks, and solutions in 2025; Report on the implementation of the state budget estimate in 2024, the district budget estimate in 2025; Report on the implementation results of the public investment plan in 2024, the public investment plan in 2025; Submission and draft Resolution on socio-economic development tasks in 2025; Submission and draft Resolution on the state budget estimate in the area; revenue and expenditure estimates, local budget, district budget allocation plan in 2025; Submission and draft Resolution on the overall adjustment project of the general construction planning of Doan Hung town, Doan Hung district to 2040, scale 1/5,000.

After reviewing the reports and submissions, the delegates acknowledged and appreciated the spirit and responsibility of the agencies and units that advised on the preparation of the reports, ensuring the time and quality of the reports. At the same time, the delegates also requested explanations and clarifications on some of the contents and figures in the reports, frankly pointing out some shortcomings, limitations and solutions in the coming time that the reports have not mentioned so that the units can continue to edit and supplement.

Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Hoang Minh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Head of the District People's Council's Economic and Social Committee requested the advisory agencies to absorb the opinions of the delegates, promptly adjust, supplement and complete the contents submitted to the 16th session to ensure compliance with regulations.
