On the afternoon of January 16, 2025, Comrade Nguyen Van Van - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee inspected the project of the Cultural Park - entertainment and sports venue of Doan Hung town, Doan Hung district. Accompanying him were leaders of departments and units: Economy - Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Environment, Office of the District People's Council and People's Committee, Land Fund Development Center, Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects in the District, Management Board of Public Works, leaders of the Party Committee and government of Doan Hung town.

The Doan Hung Town Cultural Park - Entertainment and Sports Complex Project was built on an area of ​​10,604m2 with a total investment of more than 7.8 billion VND, starting on October 23, 2024 from the state budget and other legally mobilized capital sources; the project is expected to be completed and handed over for use after 6 months of construction.

The construction unit is speeding up the progress of completing the paving of some access roads of the project

A field inspection shows that the construction unit has currently completed basic items such as: Leveling the ground, building a drainage system and surrounding walls, construction, tiling and installation of lighting items, estimated to have completed 90% of the project volume.

Speaking at the inspection, Chairman of the District People's Committee Nguyen Van Van praised and highly appreciated the role and responsibility of the local government in urging the construction to ensure the progress and quality of the project; at the same time, acknowledged the efforts and sense of responsibility of the project construction unit.

The Chairman of the District People's Committee requested the investor, the People's Committee of Doan Hung town, to continue to closely coordinate with the departments and specialized units of the district to urge the construction unit to take advantage of favorable weather conditions, focus on human resources and equipment to speed up the completion of the items; the implementation process must absolutely ensure labor safety, meet the requirements on technical quality and aesthetics of the project. Strengthen coordination with relevant agencies, units and localities to promptly resolve difficulties and problems during the implementation process so that the project is in accordance with the design as well as the requirements, striving to complete and put into operation in the first quarter of 2025, serving the socio-economic development tasks of the locality.

The project of Cultural Park - entertainment and sports venue of Doan Hung town, when put into operation, will meet the entertainment and sports needs of the people in the town in particular and Doan Hung district in general. At the same time, it will contribute to gradually improving and perfecting the urban infrastructure of Doan Hung town in the coming time.
